Awful employees who talk throughout your entire order and make you repeat yourself ten times due to their lack of paying attention.

This one girl that works there I have seen her work at several locations out there on the campus. I think her name is Nicki. She was very polite to me on the register. She made sure I had my chips and my cookies in the bag. I got great service and the place was very clean.

Terrible experience at this Subway. They were out of several food items, the restaurant was noticeably dirty, and there were only two employees trying to handle everything. The line was long, and the wait time was frustrating. It didn’t feel clean or well-managed at all. Definitely not the kind of service or quality you expect when going out for a quick meal.

Took an hour to deliver from .8 mile away, and the order was wrong anyway. Will be ordering Jersey Mikes from now on
Terrible experience. The new grub hub option is absolutely ridiculous. Doesn't even accept food dollars just meal swipes. Asked for help from an employee and just got shrugged off. Campus dining is not worth it at uncw, nothing is ever open at decent times!!!
