Tarantelli's in Wilmington, NC was the perfect pick for my husband's birthday dinner. The food was ridiculously good, and our waiter Gavin nailed it with friendly, top-notch service. The atmosphere has that cozy-but-lively charm that makes the whole experience feel extra special. If you're anywhere near Wilmington, put this place on your list. And honestly—when an authentic Italian hands out 5 stars, you know you've found something special!
Logan was not the best. he was very short, did not even try to up sale the food. gave zero personality. did not care for us as a table. i’d definitely go back for the food but would want a different server.
This is a high end, fine dining experience. With that, expectations for the money paid becomes a determining factor. Our party of 4 was happy with our experience overall, but felt some disappointment.
It was difficult to find our waiter to fill our water glasses and get additional beer/wine. Our glasses sat empty for long periods of time. Two of us ordered the red snapper special. With the lighting, I really had no clue what I ate although it had good taste....
