They are closed, possibly out of business altogether. But before then their Montecristo sandwich was superb! I heard they moved but I cannot locate them anywhere in Wilmington.

Ordered a sandwich to go. I'm not sure if it's the restaurant or the sticker shock of the economy, I didn't expect to pay $25.00 for a sandwich. I did like the Macaw hanging out.

Sadly this restaurant like other restaurants are short staff but if you are patient and wait you are going to be able to enjoy one of the greatest dishes. The staff was friendly regardless of how busy they were they treated us well. We got greeted with a friendly smile.

Love this place! We’ve been here half a dozen times and at least half have been exceptional in terms of food and friendly service. Today, I had a club sandwich that was the best I’ve tasted in 30 years. Lean ham, good roast turkey, perfectly crisped bacon, and a terrific white bread. I finished it all and can (certainly should!) never eat again. My husband’s unusual Felix Fries (I tasted a few) were spectacular, and he enjoyed his shrimp.

We just left Felix Cafe on Monkey Junction. It was our first time to eat there and I'm glad that we did. The sign on the door says they are short staffed. We were the only customers in the main area so we didn't have to fight for our server's attention who, by the way, is the sweetest and gave us all the attention we needed. She was very gracious and helpful with the menu and gave us honest suggestions. She came back a few times to check on us too. Here's a very well-earned loud shout out to Ms. Becky!! ?? We had Crab Balls for appetizer. It was cooked just right. Not too salty, greasy nor dry. My husband thought he only ate 2 when in fact he ate 4. He must have liked it a lot to not notice. I ordered their Pineapple -A- Colada, served in a frozen pineapple shell. Aside from the drink itself, I really enjoyed scraping the frozen pineapple meat off the shell with my fork. I'll ask for a spoon next time ? I prefer for it to be less creamy but it was still delicious!! I can't think of a better summer drink. Becky also gave us the extra in a glass. Definitely a must try. My husband had the Bacon Jam Burger in their house made Bourbon bacon jam, smoked gouda and spinach. We weren't sure about the jam part because who puts jam in their burger?? We are glad we did try because it was delicious! The Gouda and jam on a burger was a genius combination, I think. The side of delicious truffle Mac N Cheese completed his meal. I ordered their Flounder Tacos. I asked for very little salt on it. Becky had the fish blackened a bit so the fish still tasted good without the salt. There was a decent amount of fish underneath the cabbage blend. One was enough for me, I think the pineapple filled me up. I took the second taco, chips and salsa home for a TV snack later. I have to mention that I appreciate that their chips that came with the tacos were all in whole pieces, not with broken ones hidden on the bottom. Their salsa looked and tasted fresh. The atmosphere and decorations are perfect for this area. There is a beautiful bird by the door that could get loud at times. The place looks clean. An employee walks around making sure the tables are clean. Although some of the items on the menu are currently not available we still had a great experience. We look forward to returning soon to try Felix's Famous Steam Pot! Based on today's experience, we give it a 5 out of 5 ⭐

My husband and I ate dinner here on Saturday. I had grouper tacos and my husband had the Monte Cristo. The food was very good. The service was excellent. Our server, Becky, was attentive and friendly. She checked back with us after she served our dishes to see if we needed anything. She brought me some ranch dressing to tame the heat in the tacos. We didn't ask for water refills, she just noticed and refilled our glasses. We will definitely be back and hopefully will have Becky as our server next time.

Found randomly and could not have been happier! There's a Maccaw named Valentino who was super awesome and said hi to us! The food and service was great and the atmosphere was super fun! 100% would love to come back!

An hour and a half and cold food, wrong food, and plain missing food. Terrible experience all around for all 11 people. Cheese on the lactose intolerant order, absolutely cold po-boy and sweet fries. Waitress never came back to the table after we ordered, no drink refills, no checking on the table. Sure explains the empty tables around us. Maybe 2 people seemed to be working. Avoid this place, ruined our last night of vacation.

I've never seen anything quite like Felix's Monte Cristo sandwich! I enjoyed it for three meals! It reheats perfectly in the toaster oven!

Would leave zero stars if possible. Took a party of 10, and even had reservations. Waitress got our drinks, took our orders, and vanished after bringing the appetizer. After an hour went by, we flagged down another server who promised to check on our orders. At the hour and 10 minute mark, a server, not our original waitress, brought out some of the food. One meal was stone cold, one was made wrong, it had cheese, which had been made clear could not be used due to a dairy intolerance. The next few orders trickled out, but one remained missing. We flagged down another server, and find out the missing meal was never ordered. We also checked on the time of when the orders were given to the kitchen, and it was 15 minutes after we had actually ordered. Our original waitress NEVER came back to our table. We got no drink refills, no checking on us. The only good food was was the fried pickle appetizer. The rest of the food was marginal at best, tiny burgers on huge buns, a po-boy and sweet fries that were not even warm. A simple grilled chicken breast that was terrible. The whole thing was abysmal. This was hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. The place wasn't busy, we were surround by empty tables. Folks who came in 40 minutes after us got their orders well before us, but these were small tables of 2 or 3 people. Avoid this place, it's awful.
