We ate here to celebrate my birthday, and it was fantastic. My partner and I are both vegan, so we were a little nervous about what we would be able to eat, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our server, Thea, was VERY knowledgeable, and made the experience so nice and stress-free. It was really great to be able to go to a non-vegan restaurant and still have a good meal and get the same kind of experience as the other non-vegan folks. I hadn't eaten at the Melting Pot...
