It was delicious! It is a busy saturday night and they were short staffed but the service was still great. It didn’t take long for the food to come out but they offered a banana pudding for our wait which we appreciated. We will definitely be back!
Figured I’d write a review after my third stop at The Smoke House at Monkey Junction in Wilmington, and it's easily some of the best BBQ I've tried after traveling far and wide. The brisket was tender, the pulled pork was flavorful, and the Alabama white sauce was spot-on-creamy with a nice tang. Great BBQ! The brisket was moist, great flavor , bark was great, smoke ring, all that. Felt like I was back in Texas! The pulled pork was great Eastern NC pulled pork. Buffalo Chips and hush puppies are nice side options. 5 stars! Will be back.
