This was our first visit to three10 and it was just.....average. For all of the the great things I heard about this place, it seemed to underperform. We had broiled oysters to start which came out barely warm, our server promptly had them heated back up. My wife had the scallop and gnocchi dish which she really liked. I had the tilefish entrée which was just ok. It lacked some creativity and needed something else other than a ton of spinach and creamed parsnips. It so expensive...
We go out to eat in Wilmington way too often so we know the good, the bad and the ugly. This restaurant is top shelf: customer service, drink choices, innovative cuisine and willingness to accommodate my (reluctant) low carb diet. We will return!
Honestly, I had high hopes for this place. The food was good, but I would not call it great. The service was slow, a couple of the people waited for 20 minutes to get their drinks. We were outside in 56 degree weather and the heater didn't work. Food got cold quickly. Felt like it was over priced for the experience. I would have rated it lower, but it was my first visit and everyone is entitled to a bad night.
