I got lunch here around 1:30pm, and had to wait 25 minutes to get my nuggets and fries. My fries were hot, nuggets were cold, they gave me the wrong sauce and didn't give me any utensils for my frosty. I hate complaining about businesses, but it was just a crap experience from the beginning, I was never told my total at the window. The guy just reached for my card, and when I was told to pull up and wait a guy came out with bags (not for me) and I asked how much longer it was going to be because I was on my 30 minute lunch break. And he just ignored me, so I thought that was pretty rude, and then when my food was brought out the guys didn't say why I had to wait or that they were sorry for the wait. Just really bad customer service and food. And I like wendy's occasionally for lunch, and this was just a huge let down.

The register employee had no idea what was on the menu. Missing items. Cold food. The inside was flooding. Full blasted a/c. Astonishingly disappointing. I can't find one thing to even say that was at or above expectations. The coke was even flat.

Ordered spicy chicken sandwhich plain and large fry. After being told to pull forward as the chicken would have to cook and waiting for 20 minutes, I walked in and they completely forgot about my order and had to make it. Opened it up and it wasn’t even plain. I see why this place is never busy. Place could use a cleaning too as the whole place smells musty

8pm last night, stopped on our way home. I got a spicy chicken sandwich, my wife got a junior bacon cheeseburger. Within 5 minutes of eating my chicken sandwich I started feeling dizzy. I could barely walk and had to ask my wife to help me. Made it to a bed and immediately had to ask for help to a bathroom where I started vomiting. This lasted for a while. Fell asleep and woke up with similar issues. Went to urgent care where doctor confirmed food poisoning and wasn't ruling out E. Coli. Said with rest I should be ok. From looking at other reviews I don't think it's even worth it to call the store... Sad what's happening to our food industry.

I work across the road and decided to get some lunch there. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the patty was absolutely hard as a rock. Had been sitting there a long time. The fries were not fresh either. I will not return. This is not the first time this establishment has taken my money and under-delivered on their product. Eww

I've watched an employee cuss out a customer and then throw a large drink at their car THEN start punching the drive thru window. Did the manager do anything? No! I then was next up and long behold he was the helping me and when he returned to that area he had a glove on his hand because it was bleeding. After this incident when I had to return for my sons burger he wanted, he still works there. Wow!
Service is always terrible! No manners and not very pleasant people to interact with. I cringe when I agree to get food from this restaurant.

First problem: Why do you claim to be open until 2am when you won't accept orders through your drive thru after 130am on Saturday night??? But to be honest any night that I've tried to come to this location after 12am it's the same issue. JUST CLOSE AT 12AM!!!

Second problem: If you actually even get to place an order they will always be out of at least of their items on the menu. AND don't even try to get a Frosty, they are never serving them day or night.

I'm surprised this location is even still open with their rude employees dirty restaurant and lack of products.

Watched multiple employees flick cigarettes out right on the ground. They're obviously going to just do it anyways but shouldn't there be a designated trash spot for the cig butts?

The speaker must be broken again. We waited and waited with 3 cars behind us. No one came
On so we pulled around to the window. I had a mobile order. One car at the window and another just left. We waited 10 min and left. Two cars behind us left.
