ive ordered from here several times. Through the app, doordash and in person. NEVER ONCE have i gotten my order correctly. 100% rate of screwing my doordash or delivery order up. 100% of the time missing OVER HALF my order. Multiple times called, talked to several different people. Honestly its crazy its still open.

The older white lady with red hair is extremely rude and seems to be racist. My husband came in and she wouldn't even speak to him and went and got the black manager to make what my husband needed all while making ugly faces at him. Didn't speak to my husband at all. The manager was very nice and polite. But if you don't want to deal with black people maybe you shouldn't work in customer service.

Came here after working my shift too get some food and I told the guy at the window number six large no mayo extra tomato and he read it back to me and it was correct but when I took my first bite there was mayonnaise and ketchup in the bag very disappointed the normal times I come here they get it right so props to them tonight was just awful

WAITED 16 minutes BEFORE we were even acknowledged AND the manager NEVER paid us any attention (he walked by the counter and even walked out into the restaurant)!
The waitress continually majored in the minors by cooking fries when there were other cooks who could have done this! Wanted to see exactly how long it would take BEFORE we received our takeout … 23 minutes!
EVERYONE ON THAT SHIFT SHOULD BE DISMISSED OR DISCIPLINED … this is the poorest example of customer service as I have ever witnessed at a Wendy’s!
Glad we are from out of town because we will NEVER spend our money here again … EVER!

Drive thru is absolutely terrible!!! They have you sitting in front the speaker for 20 minutes in the hot sun and don’t say anything.
Awful every time we go. I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because they have been short staffed the last few months. But it’s just not getting better. Tonight 2 of the 4 meals were wrong. And another was missing sides. They just don’t have it together here. The store needs a new GM and some TLC.
