Been through here 3-4 times, the only thing they consistently have is a bad attitude. Even when they do get my orders correct, either the cheese has clearly been cooked twice or there is a single paper thin slice of onion. I will do everything in my power to avoid returning here.

Dark and uninviting parking lot. Disrespectful staff. Dirty restaurant with employee coats thrown over booths. Cold burger and stale bun. Only positive was quick service.
Ordered a double cheeseburger, came with one patty that was 2"x2" and called the store several times to get no answer. I called the corporate office and it's been 3 days and no one has called me back.

This Wendy's location is very hit or miss mostly in the area of service. On this particular occasion, they were out of baked potatoes and even with a simple order, we had to pull up and wait and they still shorted us a fry and got the sauces wrong. On the most recent occasion that I dined in, I had to ask to have a table cleaned and it seems as if they do not routinely check the dining room for cleanliness. Frustrating that it is one of the few convenient fast food spots closest to WB.Updated review: 1-7-24 Great service...had baked potatoes Dining room much cleaner. Pump ketchup somewhat questionable. Overall improvement good.

Food was horribly cold and old. Left one serious the most weirdest aftertaste.Parking: Drive thru was lined up around the store. One very empty parking lot. I thought it would be faster to go inside. I was the picky one in the restaurant and it took 20 minutes to get my food.Kid-friendliness: The cashier was nice spoke to my baby girl made her smile.
