Don't go past 5pm... the customer service will be consistently worse than anything you've ever experienced. Management included. It's almost like there's a terrible service competition they're trying to win. I wish I was joking. It's awful and corporate should step in
Sometimes things like the burgers were great but the fries are always cold and the soda is always warm. It's downright negligent and could be a lot better because the other locations in this county are just fine
whoever works nights sucks burned my burned place needs to be shut down and replaced
The drive-thru experience at this Wendy's location can vary. Some employees, like the kind guy on April 27, 2024, or the nice lady at 9:30 PM, provide good service. Recently, customers have appreciated the friendly greeting upon entering and the quick pickup of mobile orders from the parking lot through the drive-thru, with orders being correct and made with care. However, there have been issues such as the Coke Freestyle machine being out of almost every flavor early in the day, and the dining area is sometimes not as clean as expected, especially during busy times. The restaurant's AC was out, making it very hot inside, and the restroom facilities have sometimes lacked paper towels and soap, raising concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Recently, improvements include the availability of baked potatoes, a cleaner dining room, and properly working ketchup pumps. Despite some shortcomings, the overall service and food quality have seen positive moments.
