What started as a disaster turned into a great experience. I waited for my order for 15 min while watching customers who came in after me receive there order while I still waited. After asking for a refund the manger on duty ,Daryl got involved. He told the kitchen staff nothing come out before mine. He offered to give me my order for free which I refused. He handled the situation like the professional that he is. It is his reaction to this situation that will having g me coming...
On 09/12/25 @ 3:30 pm Tyaisna was a sweetheart olny issue was she needs to talk louder i had to keep saying what did you say other issue was and it's not just Zaxbys it's every fast food restaurants the drive-thru and Uber Eats comes frist while the customers inside has to wait i waited 13 minutes for my order as I watched people pull up to the drive-thru got their order im still waiting
The staff here are super friendly. I come here about once or twice per month and they’re always nice and my orders are always accurate. Please never take away the Asian Zensation salad, it’s one of the best salads available in the fast food industry. I recommend this Zaxby’s.
