I was really hoping with it being a new Bojangles that it would be on the up and up. Unfortunately I was wrong. Staff couldn’t care less. The food was cold and unseasoned fries. I’m pretty sure my food had been sitting in the warmer all morning
This place is always a hit or miss when they miss I mean they totally Miss but when they hit it can be a home run but I wish everyone took pride in the food they put out the drinks they put out and the customer service and smiles they put out unfortunately they're very few Bojangles that do this and this one has a stated earlier is a hit or miss

Service was fast and efficient. Food was hot and staff was friendly. It was morning rush hour. But the line moved quickly. Lobby was clean. I did not give it 5 stars because the matron cleaning the lobby stood at one particular table and talked for a good while. I felt she could've been cleaning tables. There were people sitting at tables that had not been cleaned because there were no open tables otherwise. But I will go back. This was our first time going to this particular...read full review
