Service was fast and efficient. Food was hot and staff was friendly. It was morning rush hour. But the line moved quickly. Lobby was clean. I did not give it 5 stars because the matron cleaning the lobby stood at one particular table and talked for a good while. I felt she could've been cleaning tables. There were people sitting at tables that had not been cleaned because there were no open tables otherwise. But I will go back. This was our first time going to this particular location.

When I walked in, there was only one couple in line, and the store was primarily empty (i.e., it was the opposite of busy). The cashier took the couple's order in front of me and then walked away from the cash register without a word to me. I waited for someone to return to the register to take my order. After five minutes of being ignored, I left.

I ordered the 3 piece supreme dinner. I will NEVER order again. Whoever the cook is either needs to be fired or get more training. Those chicken tenders tasted so bad almost like a rotten taste to it. I took one bite and immediately spit it out. I took the other tenders and broke them in half and smelled those and they didn’t smell like chicken. I can’t describe the smell. Will not be returning.

I was really hoping with it being a new Bojangles that it would be on the up and up. Unfortunately I was wrong. Staff couldn’t care less. The food was cold and unseasoned fries. I’m pretty sure my food had been sitting in the warmer all morning

This place is always a hit or miss when they miss I mean they totally Miss but when they hit it can be a home run but I wish everyone took pride in the food they put out the drinks they put out and the customer service and smiles they put out unfortunately they're very few Bojangles that do this and this one has a stated earlier is a hit or miss

Long wait with 2 people in front of me and didn't get what I ordered. I hate to leave bad reviews but this restaurant has let me down time and time again with the afternoon crew. I'm done.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Supposedly, they have double lanes open for the drive thru, but the left lane moved while everyone in the right lane just sat there for over 20 mins with no response. Ended up leaving before I could even order.
