Hey man, Bojangles is always the best
I will agree with some of the other reviews on the inconsistency of the food, but every employee I deal with here is always polite and patient. I specifically come to this location for the employees!

Bojangles offers excellent food, especially the breakfast biscuits. The restaurant is known for being one of the cleaner locations in Wilson, with a tidy parking lot and restrooms. The drive-thru is generally faster than others in the area, making quick in-and-out visits easy. Customers often find that the employees never get their order wrong, though sometimes the fries may not be hot, which can happen at any fast food place. The dining area is clean and accessible, with low tables and handicap restrooms, making it convenient for everyone. They have about 50 parking spots, usually only half are full, and there are handicap parking spaces available. While primarily a chicken restaurant, many vegetarian options are available, including biscuits, garden salads, and all the fixing except for the dirty rice. Kids' meal options are provided, along with high chairs and booster seats for families dining in. If visiting during the shift when the A team is working, orders tend to come out fast and hot. However, during the B team’s shift, customers might wait up to 20 minutes in the drive-thru for cold fries and dry chicken. Despite some service inconsistencies, the delicious food and family bundles make it worth the price. Overall, Bojangles offers a good experience with tasty offerings and a clean environment.
