Ordered online which I never do. I typically go inside but I didn't have a ton of time today. Got back to work and my chicken bowl had no chicken...I called back and took me 8 minutes to get someone on the phone. Explained my bowl was incorrect and that I was across town. I got an apology and was on my way back to get it remade. When I got there it was remade and I saw chicken so I was not too concerned. This place in Wilson, NC is needs a real cleaning. Pots are crusted, the windows are nasty. The chips tasted like they were a few days old , the chesse dip was burnt. They do not clean anything. The place is disgusting and I have no idea how it got a 98 by the health department. Should of been a F! I will never go back to this restaurant! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Save your money and go somewhere else!!

Amazing team, everyone moves with purpose, food is almost always in stock with most team members having a positive attitude. Even when it’s super stressful.
