Our waitress Shanese was horrible. I had 1 glass of diet Pepsi and did get anymore until we were about to leave(No Tip).
There were tables that were complaining about her service also. She didnt come back until after everyone ate. I could understand if the place was full but there was 5-7 tables full an 2 waitresses. Horrible, I spent $86 bucks an only had 1 glass of drink. Don't plan on going back.

Had an early dinner here for Mother's Day. Not overly crowded, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Had a seafood boil with lobster tail, two Alaskan king legs and a pound of shrimp. The boil included 2 potatoes and 2 generous pieces of corn. I like my seafood hot and it was hot without smothering the taste. All in all it was a great meal. Special note: the LEMON DROP WAS DELICIOUS.

I had a really disappointing experience at this seafood place. I ordered a seafood boil, and when my food came out, there was barely any sauce in the bag. The sauce didn’t even fully cover the corn, which is definitely not what you expect when ordering a seafood boil.

When I asked the waitress about it, she told me that extra sauce costs more. That didn’t sit right with me because there was hardly any sauce to begin with. She brought out a “sample” of sauce, but it was just a small amount of butter and seasoning nowhere near enough.

I then asked to speak with the manager, and that’s where things got worse. The manager came over with a rude attitude and immediately started going back and forth with me instead of trying to fix the issue. She kept picking up my seafood bag and pointing at it, insisting there was enough sauce when there clearly wasn’t. I’ve been to plenty of seafood places before, and they’ve never been this stingy with sauce.

Instead of resolving the situation, she asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I said yes, and she took the food without apologizing or making any effort to make things right.

As a manager, you should be focused on customer service and resolving problems not arguing with customers. This was very poor management and an overall bad experience. got some food from here for my birthday yesterday, the food tasted unseasoned and it was not extra hot the way i asked. cleared the whole bag, then woke up with food poisoning the next day.

Waiter was very friendly and great service all around. He said was only 17 and he had the best personality. Definitely recommend this place I loved the catfish and my lady had a crab boil she loved it

I usually don’t have any issues with this place, but today the service was very disappointing. Whoever the host was seemed very rude when I was asking questions about items on the menu. When I noticed she sounded irritated, I even asked if my questions were bothering her, and she said no, but her attitude said otherwise.

I asked for her name, and instead of answering, she told me my food would be ready in 15 minutes. I asked again, thinking maybe she didn’t hear me the first time, and she responded by saying she didn’t want to give me her name, which I found very unprofessional.

When I arrived to pick up my food, I stood there for about 10 minutes without anyone helping me. The same host never came back to the front, and when I asked the woman who came from behind the bar if she was the manager, she said yes. I explained why I was disappointed, but she didn’t seem concerned at all.

I normally enjoy coming here, but the customer service I received today was not okay, and it honestly left a bad impression. I hope this is addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience.

We have ate here numerous times over the last year and have been satisfied with the food and proportions. Last night we ordered the Angry Crab Combo. There were eight pieces of shrimp, one small crab cluster, and a small lobster tail. Claims to give you a half pound of crab and a half pound of shrimp. There wasn’t even close to a quarter pound of them. We have ordered this same boil before so we know we were robbed. I also added on a half pound of scallops, there were six small scallops. $15.99 for the add on and it wasn’t close to a half pound. When you spend $75 on a boil you expect to at least get what you pay for. It was hard to enjoy the meal knowing we were robbed blind.

The host was welcoming and our waitress was amazing! She was patient with my son with his questions and we liked that she explained the menu to us. The best customer service we've experienced since moving here! Their special sauce is pretty good too! My son enjoyed his hush puppies and mozzarella sticks the most though!

I came here at the suggestion of a relative while I was in Wilson. We had three take out orders. Service was pretty fast (I did come mid afternoon so it wasn’t at all busy). The hostess was welcoming and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The choice of sides was limited and cole slaw wasn’t included with the meal. At this price-point I would have expected it. When I got home I was disappointed to find that many of my popcorn shrimp were not de-veined. The steamed broccoli was fine after I added butter and some seasoning.

The food was not pleasant at all the sauce was so bad, even it being re made was not good, got cajun and it tasted like straight garlic, even the 2 other people i was with the sauce was bad, the crab legs were flimsy, the food won’t good but the server was very good and nice, also the crab fries tasted like straight fish.

I've been here a few times with my parents since they've been visiting from TX. The service has been great. The staff has been friendly and attentive. The food has met our expectations every time. We look forward to going back.
