went to drive up, no answer, went to window no answer. no one there, went to front door locked. looked in window. all employees hiding in back. finally came out cursing and yelling. refused to serve our family. By far rudest people. The last time we went the attitude of the employees was questionable. After today,? Weve been going to this location for 10 years....... NEVER AGAIN.
We went in last night, and 2 employees were sitting in the customer area. Both grumbled about having to get up, but slowly did so. I ordered a Blizzard and a milkshake. The cashier told the other person my order. she looked at her and said "does it look like I can make a milkshake?" Apparently the machine was broken. I went ahead and ordered 2 blizzards.
