Placed an online order and they were out of cookie brownies but the manager called and was helpful in substituting it! Apparently they have a refund fee or something? Also ordered a cheesesteak that I ate on the way home so the bread wouldn’t get hard and it was amazing. Will see if I can substitute for another cheesesteak next time because that sounds like a good deal to me.
