I understand the reasons behind the low ratings for this establishment. The service is consistently slow, and there is often a line, even for a simple request like receiving a full cup of ice when I specifically asked for less. Additionally, the drink was not filled to the top. As someone who travels frequently, I have never encountered this issue at any other location, including Raleigh, Durham, Rocky Mount, and Cary. The general manager suggested providing me with less ice but only half a drink. If that had been the policy when I requested less ice, I would have declined and chosen to leave.

The line is always wrapped around the building at any time of the day even if theres nobody inside. After waiting all that time my drink tastes like straight milk or watered down coffee.

Some days the service is amazing and then there are days that the service is ridiculous. I sat in line for 15min and my order is wrong. My hash brown nuggets are cold. I will not be going back. I will go all the way to Rocky Mount before I come here again.

While walking through the doors we thought the business was closed early for the day due to the chairs being stacked up. When walking to the front with no line we stood there in front of an employee and for 3 minutes the employee did not greet us or say a word to us. After repeating the order 3 times patiently the employee forgot my second drink each time. The employee continued to grab the incorrect doughnut after politely asking her for the appropriate one in which was ordered. The iced coffee that was ordered was not completely filled and approximately two inches from the top was missing. One employee was very kind and respectful to us however not the one in which we dealt with for the majority of the time.

The ladies in here this morning are working hard getting everybody’s orders out! They were all polite and helpful. These were the best tasting hash browns I ever had at any Dunkin! They’re usually kinda soggy but these were the perfect amount of crispy!

So I messed up my order, Sent it to the wrong location. When I realized it, I spoke to the manger and she without hesitation said "no problem" and quickly filled my order! Best customer service i had in a while!

Terrible. Trash on the floor. Dirty. I paid for a doughnut and 2 mini jelly doughnuts. I pay and then they tell me they don’t have 2 mini jelly doughnuts. The person forgot to give me my doughnut. There were 6-7 workers in there, half of them were doing nothing. There were barely any doughnuts and none had name tags to know the flavors.

This location does a great job during the morning rush, but you can expect to wait 20 minutes or more after 9 am for some reason.

Wilson Dunkin Donuts has to have the worst customer service. I placed an online order that I was gonna pick up through drive-thru. When I got there, there was a line but I waited. It took 20 minutes to get to the intercom and 5 minutes or so for someone to attend me. I told them I had an online order I was picking up. Worker tells me to go around. I go to the window and all the workers were just standing and talking to each other not one of them bothered to ask me for my order. Took an extra 10 minutes or so till finally, the worker working the window and intercom asked me what was my order. Took another 2 minutes to look for my order. Another worker found it and gave it to me. I had a hot coffee with the order as well and it wasn't ready. They had to ask me what kind of coffee I had. Finally left and saw that my order was incomplete. They forgot to add the munchkins holes I ordered and the coffee was not what I had ordered. I didn't turn back because I wasn't gonna wait an extra 20 minutes just so they can attend me and plus I had to go back to work.

I thought with a new general manager this store would be doing better. I beg to differ. Why is one of my favorite employees working SICK on the clock. I believe her name is Capo. My name is Jennifer and I’m 52years old. I come to Dunkin often. They’re aren’t a lot of good employees working at this location. The ones that are here are lazy and rude. It’s a cycle with this store. You’ll run away the good people. The employee didn’t have to tell me she was sick. She’s sweating bullets. She then asks the general manager I believe (Tall linky guy that stayed in the back the two goes I was there then finally decides to help his struggling team. Number one rule in restaurants? You shouldn’t be working around other folks food WHILE SICK. This is very unprofessional. It’s clear you’ll don’t care about your employees.

This place makes the best iced coffee but their service needs some improvement. The manager needs to hold some training sessions because the crew in there on the weekends have no idea what customer service is.
