First time there Wanted $6 combo with turkey sausage. I was told no I couldn't do it witch is fine bur wasnt giving another option. A suggestion on how to get the combo with turkey sausage would have been great. just a suggestion. Food was hot and fresh tho.

I ordered a medium decaf cappuccino, and this is all the cappuccino I received. The cup wasn't even filled half way. It was all foam at the top. I am about to stop ordering from Dunkin.

No one answers the speaker box. When they finally do, they’re short and rude. Get up to the window and they don’t know what you ordered. Forgot multiple items and ignore you at the window. Manager standing there the whole time. A joke of a store.

I have been a fan of Dunkin’ Donuts for many many years. They are my go to for my morning routine and I love their coffee however, at this location this has been the absolute worst. Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to just because the consistency and the lack of quality is unreal. I get things that are not cooked all the way through and they’re wrong. I get just messed up orders, steel donut, steel coffee, and I’ve just learned to expect this from this location so unfortunately, as I have moved to Wilson, I will be looking for a new morning spot because I can’t deal with the lack of consistency and quality. It’s too unreliable.

It was very clean and organized. That was the first thing I noticed. Friendly crew that was extremely polite.
I actually went 2 days in a row. The first day, we witnessed a woman who had placed a large order watch multiple people collect their order in advance of hers. It was so bad she had to say something to the staff. The second day, my wife ordered a drink, and it took them forever to get it ready, and the cashier wasnt comfortable counting out change.

Why is it called dunkin doughnuts? They had 1 rack of doughnuts like 6 left all piled on one tray on top of each other. No small cups the girls had no clue what to do I asked which one is vanilla or chocolate she just kept repeating what drink it was okay I had never been there so I wasnt sure of the name I just wanted to know which was which??!! This is really a sad establishment and they had the chairs on the table so you couldn't sit down like they were closing and it was early afternoon. Again they should just take the doughnut part off their names and turn it into just a drink place because they suck!!
