The whole drive through situation is ridiculous. I was in line to only be told I had to go get in the back of another line. There was no signage for this and the car in front of me was allowed to join the line. The guy taking orders wasn't very friendly about the line. First and last time trying Marty's drive through.
Most time I go by there it’s lined up to the road. But it’s always rolling. The staff is super nice and the food is always fresh!!
Not worth it! They charge you 2.00 for a smallest condiment size container which is 1/4 size or 4 tsp dessert. Not worth it!

Inside, there are 12 tables available, and the menu is easy to read and understand, making ordering straightforward. The food is freshly made, with big pieces of chicken and flavorful southern-style fried chicken, hush puppies, and sides. The BBQ sauce is juicy and tangy, and the collards are nicely chopped. The restaurant is popular, with cars often lining up around the block for pickup, which speaks to its quality and value. The staff is super helpful and courteous, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Parking can be tight, but free overflow parking is available in the back. Marty's BBQ is a hidden gem for down-home cooking and a must-visit spot for delicious NC BBQ when passing through.
