I've been going for 3+ years now and have never written a review. I've tried to curb my Dunkin addiction but fail. Idk who has been making my drink very recently (2+ months) but it's been perfect each and every time. Before I would have to modify my coffee when I got home but not lately! The mobile ordering has made it so easy to order and pick up. The employees there are friendly and have my order right every time. I recently had a less-than-ideal experience at Dunkin’ Donuts due to an issue with their drink lids. The sticker seals placed over the straw opening are extremely difficult to remove cleanly and often tear, leaving behind bits of paper directly where the straw needs to go. This creates an inconvenient and somewhat unsanitary experience.

However, there are also days when the service is not up to par, with long wait times and incorrect orders. The manager has been known to resolve issues without hesitation, demonstrating excellent customer service. Overall, Dunkin' is a popular spot for delicious iced coffee, but the quality of service can be inconsistent.
