All I read is bad reviews here but you do not see none of the good reviews. The workers do the best they can. There are so many customers that come with an attitude and they wonder why the workers get upset. There is this one girl who is GREAT!!! She has daily customers foods memorized. She always has a great attitude. She is always patient and multi-tasks great! This is the best Mcdonald's in Wilson
The nuggets were hot and crispy but the fries were soggy, saltless and lukewarm

The manager's kindness towards kids is commendable. Customers have praised the happy and smiling faces of the staff, with special words of appreciation making the dining experience memorable. However, there have been incidents of missing items in orders, raising concerns about the service quality.
