Hardee’s is a quiet and well-kept place with friendly staff. The food comes fairly quickly, and the Frisco burger is amazing. Although there was a small issue with the App, the free sandwich was given. However, there was an unpleasant experience at the drive-thru during the transition from breakfast to lunch, where associates made customers feel rushed and were not friendly. Despite this, the food was good overall. The facility is clean, and while one staff member was nice, she was a bit soft spoken. There were no napkins at the drink bar or on the tables, which required asking for more. The new cinnamon and raisin biscuit is smaller than before, and some customers have had to ask for fresh fries. Overall, many find the food delicious and a good value for the money, with a nice drink selection and refills for dine-in guests.
