Food is good. ?Will not be going back due to the attitude that my partner and I received from what I assume is a manager. We waited at the drive thru for almost 10 min before someone took our order, which is fine, things happen. However when the lady took our order, she had an attitude, yelling and rushing us to order….? and because she was rushing, she heard the drink order wrong. When we arrived at the window, the cashier was very nice. The manager is who brought our food out and rolled her eyes when I asked for cream for my coffee…lol. I know she was having a bad morning, but it’s not fair to take it out on other people. I hope her day improves.

I was trying to get a free sandwich using the App but my order would not go through. I ended up having to go in and they gave me the free sandwich because it was showing as free on the App. Not their fault the App did not work. The Frisco burger was amazing. Very great service overall.

Pulled upbto the drive-thru at 11am just as the sign changed from breakfast to lunch. Placed my order and was met with an attitude and "lunch isnt quite ready". When i inquired how long i jeeded to wait to order, i got a loud sigh and mumbling in the background. Gil begrudgingly took my order when i asked if it was an inconvenience. Food was good but i was not amused with the attitude at all.

Food was delicious as always. But I'm so glad they brought back the CINNAMON RAISIN BISCUIT!!It literally brought back childhood memories and they were oh so so good. Also saw where they serve breakfast till 12 now. Definitely recommend coming here!!

I go to a lot of Hardee's and order a particular item and ask for too put it on the side no problem I go to this store and they act as if they have no idea of how to put ah cup of chilli on the side I hate going too fast food restaurants and find out that this is the bad one or the ghetto store and will not be going there

30 minute wait for breakfast food. My biscuit was cold, burnt and if I had thrown it at someone it was hard enough to kill them. Food was not hot or edible. They need some serious help!

Long time Hardee's customer and have been to many over the years driving up and down east coast.This one was not different than others. Food was hot, tasty, and quick.They have a practice of moving the car out of the window to a waiting spot. I paid and was asked to move forward to where another car was waiting. No cars behind me and by the time the food was delivered there were no cars still. This left the order taker, money taker, food delivery (all same person) to go outside, when line was empty.I know the practice of penalizing the window taker for long window time. For them to be penalized when it is a condition out of their control is not good management. A new sensor should be placed on the pull up location with a flashing light and ringing bell to signify the importance of a customer in a position where an employee will need to leave their position, go outside alone, walk on what appeared to be unlevel lava rock, and maybe return if not correct.Please stop this practice and adjust the practices to ensure employee safety and provide the Hardee's customer service I enjoy, and not placed off to the side.
