30 minute wait for breakfast food. My biscuit was cold, burnt and if I had thrown it at someone it was hard enough to kill them. Food was not hot or edible. They need some serious help!
36 mins to get 3 cheeseburgers and a fry. 4 guests in front of me. 5 tickets in the window for dine in service. Manager telling staff to hold off taking any more orders. Fussing at the cashier because she didn’t know how to ring a special item up.
Poor management. Your staff isn’t happy. And it shows.
6 employees on the clock that I can see. Manager Kat could use a bit more training to better help the staff and the establishment!
