I went to Jack’s this evening with my family. We arrived just after 7pm and were seated on the patio. It took over 15 minutes for someone to come to take our order. It was another 20 minutes until our drinks arrived. It then took over an hour for our food to arrive. I had ordered the braised short ribs.
