2 weeks ago at a Tuscaloosa, AL Krystals I ordered 3 #1s and had calculated the price ahead of time, but the total ended up being almost $10 more than expected. When i asked at the window why that was, she told me Krystals only offers 1 size now & that the menus just hadn't been updated. They gave me my food & was about to shut the window but i asked for my receipt. She begrudgingly gave it to me. Nice employee but the food was nasty. We will never there again
The service was okay. Not overly friendly, but fine.... I paid 32.00 for 12 cheese krystals and fries that were not even edible. I tried to call and get a fast busy signal. I've tried all of the local Krystals.. no answer or they refer you to some 346 number that can't take your call.
