Went to drive-thru to order breakfast this week. The drive-thru order taker did not sound like she was interested in me ordering there. First, my sister stated what she wanted. Then, immediately, the order taker stated the total. I was confused because the order was not complete, so I proceeded to state the remainder of the order. The order taker was confused because she was under the impression that I completed my order despite that I never said that I finished ordering nor did I ask for my total. The order-taker then huffed and puffed, rushing me to finish up. I refused to give my money after being treated that way at the drive-thru and decided to go to Chick-Fil-A where they were happy to take my order.

Ordered table service and my order was ready but not brought to me for 30 minutes. And then I had to go and ask for it. My friend’s order was lost. The kiosks are not printing receipts. The place was pretty clean though.

I order a family deal for dinner they were missing my apple pies, the fries was cold. I asked the lady since my apple pies are cooking can I get fresh fries because these were cold and have already been sitting and she looked at me like I was asking for to much, But common sense if you have something baking and it’s going to take a while you should’ve made the food that cooks faster which is the fries last. If I didn’t check my bags I would’ve left without my pies and my sauces and cold fries they didn’t say anything bout the pies just placed the bags down and left no “hey your pies are cooking” just left.
They can be slow at times.
