If you do a mobile order, it’s faster to go through the drive-through. Also typically there are other cars parked in the mobile order area so you can’t even get into a parking spot.

Waited over 25 minutes for 1 Big Mac. Asked an employee around 10min of waiting if they knew how much longer, they just said it was coming. Finally at 20 min I asked another employee, I believe was a manager, and was told again it was coming. Eventually I did get it but it was horribly put together, way to much sauce (very soggy on the first bite), neither patty was more than ¼ of the way on the buns, and there was so much lettuce or might as well had been a salad with bread...
