Moe's Southwest Grill offers great food and service, however, the music can be a bit repetitive creating a strange atmosphere. Some staff members have poor attitudes, making the overall experience less enjoyable. Inconsistent service was experienced at a different location, with mistakes in orders and a server assuming choices. While frequent visitors to their usual Moe's location appreciate the good service, this particular visit left a lot to be desired.
