The atmosphere at Paul's was welcoming tho nothing stood out to me. The wait staff was attentive and quick with tending to our needs.The house salad that came with my meal was actually really good. Lettuce/tomatoes/cucumber and thickly shredded cheese on top... I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't just mainly lettuce like a lot of other restaurants.I was a little disappointed in the chicken carbonara dish. I have only been here once, but I will go back. I had the lobster ravioli a la vodka. Excellent portion size for the price and the dish was prepared very well. They also have fresh bread and that is a plus in my book. I love fresh bread. Impressive. Will go back the next time I'm in Wilson, NC and I'll bring some friends ?.

I pretty much live at Paul’s since moving to Wilson! I crave it all the time! It is by far the best Italian I’ve had! His pizza is outstanding! Such a great place to go with friends or on a date night, the bar area is fantastic with great drinks! PAULIE definitely has a secret sauce!! And my great friends are having their wedding reception there, that’s how good it is!!! Reasonably priced!
