We go to the Starbucks on Raleigh Rd. every weekend! The staff there especially, Sakura and Mary, are the sweetest hosts at the window! Always greeting us with a smile! And kudos to those working behind the scenes to mix our drinks to perfection every time!

We stop in every time we travel thru this area. The staff are so friendly. They always made my lattes perfectly.
I ordered a Honey Mint Citrus Tea no food. My tea was good. The service was good considering they were really busy. The barista was getting those orders out.
A full 2 minutes after standing at the register before being served. Music was playing at an early-piercing volume. Both restrooms were filthy, one had no soap, one had a squeeze bottle of soap that was almost empty.
The person who took the order wasn't as friendly but the lady at the window.was very nice. I asked for light ice but didn't get

I am continuously disappointed with this Starbucks location. I have gone 3/4 times and every single time my drink has been done incorrectly. The iced coffee today tasted spoiled/old. They either forget the syrup, or use regular milk instead of oat milk when I have an allergy overall I am disappointed in this location and their lack of professionalism as well when asked to fix a drink. They take no accountability for their actions. The whole staff at establishment needs retrained.
