Not thrilled with the new staff. I order the same drink everytime I come and each time it's made differently. Mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino with caramel drizzle on the side of the cup and on the top. The past few times I've gotten no caramel and the Frappuccino itself is watery. Like a iced coffee watery. I love Starbucks and this used to be my go to store. I think I might have to give Scooters a try after all. What a shame
For starters I waited in a drive thru for 23 minutes while one car waited at the order menu because they couldn't find her mobile order. I physically got out of my vehicle and politely asked the car in front of me if something was wrong. She said they lost her mobile order. Instead of them, having her pull forward.
