“Went in for a chicken bacon ranch sub. Everything was good except the oven must of not been working because I watched the person put inside over and when I bit into it my chicken,bacon and cheese were cold. The manager did offer a new sub or money back but I said no because I could tell those employees were trying their best to make a great sub plus I was on short lunch break.“
