Drinks and atmosphere were nice. Food portions were significantly underwhelming for the price and I left wanting more food. I ordered a Salmon dish and it was prepared and presented well. There’s a fine line between being attentive and being rushed. Place was nowhere near full(I see why with cost vs portion) and felt rushed to order and finish. Our favorite restaurant in Winston-Salem by a long shot! Consistently excellent across the board with over 100 visits over the last 10 years. The chef Curtis is a mushroom forager so any dish with mushrooms is a must try. For a “fine dining” establishment it is remarkably unostentatious and laid back. Check out this little hidden gem of a restaurant today!
We went there for the first time on Wednesday. The food was absolutely delicious. We started off with the brussel sprouts. For main dishes, I had the crab ravioli and my husband had the pan seared scallops. Everything from the food to the service was amazing. We will definitely be back!
