Love this place!

Working my way through the entire menu. Haven't come across a dish i dont like.

My baked spaghetti was just ok. Baked spaghetti usually is covered in mozzarella cheese. Mine had a thin layer of cheese that only covered about fifty percent and the spaghetti didn’t have enough sauce. One of the people in my part got soup and a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was not hot and the cheese was not melted at all. Another person in my party got the club sandwich which was made with really cheap meat. The ther two people in my party got the salt and pepper catfish which they were satisfied with. I have not been here in a while but have been lots of times over the years, the quality of the food has drastically declined and of course the prices are higher.

Had the canzone special. Best I've had in Winston Salem area. Friendly and attentive wait staff.

Due to my wife being out of town for the week my very caring MIL, and other family members, fearing for my nutritional wellbeing decided to take me out to dinner…not once but twice!! So of course we had to go to Arcadia Family Restaurant. When asked what was good there I confidently responded “everything.” I suggested the Stromboli because it can easily feed two. So the Stromboli arrived and after 1/4 of it disappeared in a matter of seconds, I was told I was right the Stromboli is amazing. So do yourself a favor and go see the smiling owner, the friendly staff, and get yourself a Stromboli.

Good country cooking☺

We had a great experience. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, even the owner came out and had conversation with us. My entire family enjoyed our time and food we had there. I noticed there is a review about forgotten sauces… please check in to that persons reviews before going off what they said. First of all they didn’t even comment on the food, and secondly if you look into their reviews they complain a lot (especially about sauces). We will be back.

I ordered online for a take out order and when I arrived 5 minutes later my order was ready. The lady at the window was friendly and offered to upside my sweet tea to a 32 oz for me. When I got home the broccoli, green beans and sweet potato casserole were still hot and so delicious. The homemade roll was fresh and also hot. The portion of coconut cake was large and so moist. I definitely recommend this restaurant for take out!

We ordered takeout for 3 people. They didn’t add any of our sauces. We called back politely saying hey you guys forgot our sauces can we come get them. Lady handed the phone to someone else and the girl on the phone said she watches them bag 98% of the orders and they didn’t forget any sauces. Saying we probably misplaced them. We sure as heck didn’t. Accused us of wanting to get more sauce and misplacing it. Being rude. Which made us angry and irritated back at her. We just simply were going to waste our own time because of their own mistake and drive back for the sauces and were being nice about it and they acted like that. You guys acted ugly to people who not only order a lot but just in general to a customer.

The food was okay the server was actually great but the owner/person in charge was very disagreeable. He was obviously unhappy that we came in at 7:20pm since they close at 8:00pm. We live fairly close, but only eat here every few months. Stephen’s restaurant is only a short distance away, and the owner is super nice. If they had been open on Mother’s Day Sunday, that is where we would have ate. I doubt we will be back.

I am a New York Italian. It's hard for me to find Italian dishes I approve of. I have to say I love the Strombolis here. Today I tried a new one of the recommendation of Emily. It was a meatloaf and mac and cheese stromboli. I looked at her like she was crazy. Since I trust her recommendation I tried it. OMFG when I tell you it was the best thing I ate in a long time, I am not even joking. I usually can only eat half and I take half home. Not this time, the more you eat of it the better it gets. I ate the whole thing. It was absolutely delicious. Definitely a great add to the menu. The funniest thing is I dont like mac and cheese. YOU HAVE TO TRY IT

Arcadia Grill is one our favorite places to eat in Winston-Salem! Always great food…no matter what you order. Our friends from New York visited us today & we chose to take them to Arcadia Family Restaurant & Pizzeria! The owner was so hospitable, kind & gracious. He gave our visiting friends a Stromboli to taste & they LOVED it! Being from NY, they connected & it was a great experience! It made us…the locals…thankful to live so close to a great place to eat. Our server Kyla, was so sweet, kind & helpful. She was attentive & did an excellent job! Thank you Addi, Kyla & all the staff for the great experience! Make your plans to go eat here!
