The whole point of a bagel spot is to be able to order quickly. The Winston location stopped taking orders and only filling to go and online orders for a good 15 minutes while 30 people waited in line. Horrible service…someone should always be taking orders for the in-house customers.
We have been coming here once a week for the last 3 months since we discovered this place, however after the deplorable and disgusting service I received back it will not be returning, what a shame.
