Waited 30 mins for an ice cream and asked her a question and she completely ignored me and the customers behind me even said she is very rude. If you cannot greet customers at least do not give customers a cold

The ice cream was great. The service was friendly. And patient with us as we made our decision on what ice cream combinations we wanted. Atmosphere and ambiance was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I will never be coming here again, their disposition to serving customers is displeasing. Unfortunately my family of 6 and I didn't even get ice cream as we waited 15 min. for them to finish their conversation. RITA YOU SHOULD CONSIDER A NEW STAFF.

Ordered a iced coffee cream and sugar and 10 munchkins. Got a very bitter coffee with nothing in it. The fact that they cant even make the most simple coffee in the menu is sad. I didnt complain just asked for creamer packets but not even that made it better it was disgusting im never going back i even asked the lady its just very bitter and all she said was.. “yeah..”on top of that they obviously dont even know how to count because i got 9 instead of 10 munchkins.

I’ve gone to this baskin Robbins/Dunkin twice in maybe 3-4 months. The first time I ordered a cappuccino blast & they said they were out. Ok, got it, headed to Coldstone. Second experience this weekend, same exact experience. After waiting in a drive thru for 20 min they claim they ‘just ran out’. Sure. Again, on to Coldstone. Also are they open or not open? Just seems bizarre there- like children are trying to run the store but don’t have an adult to tell them what to do. They just need to close.
Very rude!! Kicked us out and closed 45 minutes before they were supposed to close! I will never take my family back there again, and I will tell everyone else go somewhere else!!!

This Baskin Robbins never has the flavor of the month at the beginning of month. Ans sometimes dont have what is advertised. Never has waffle cones and twice I ordered ice cream in a cup and received wrong flavor. Worse BR I have ever gone to!

This is a joint Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin's location. I have never had an issue with lines or the drive thru wait. Inside is relatively clean with some seating. Today we were helped by an employee who didn't seem to know what she was doing (kept asking us which flavor we wanted, kept chatting with her coworkers and had to ask us again what we wanted) and gave us a GIANT scoop when we asked for a kids scoop... I guess you win some, you lose some. Overall service is friendly. Can't really expect much from this place besides ice cream with consistent quality.

Always a line at the drive thru because it's one of the few places to get those Amazing refresher drinks, ice cream and donuts without getting out your car.
