I came by on a very busy Sunday, during lunch, and Leslie was extremely patient and helpful. I didn't 100% love my refresher and she made me a new one fresh. I also witnessed her handle some disgruntled customers with poise!
They had a sign on their door stating the cash register was down so the lobby was closed and to use the drive-thru. We pulled around and gave our order and then are told they have no milk. What kind of ice cream shop doesn't keep milk stocked at all times?
This isn't the only time I have had issues with this location. A few things to list would be the quality of the product the wait times and the staff friendliness all lacking. Just be wary if you do go here they may not...read full review
