Use a different location that offers better customer service.
I live in Winston-Salem North Carolina and there are two Bojangles on the Peters Creek parkway strip One closer to the drive time dealership the other is across the street from the O'Reilly's Auto parts store both locations have horrible horrible customer service specifically from drive-thru and management. orders are not being taken correctly and if they are being taken correctly they're being bagged incorrectly and when you ask for a correction for them to fix their problem...read full review
