Definitely a cool dive bar type spot in the heart of winston-salem. I was staying overnight and went there based on other reviews that I had saw. The guy that served me behind the bar was really cool and chill to talk to. I don't recall his name but he's been there for quite a few years. When I first went in there was me and maybe three other people in there but by the time the game was over the college crowd started to pour in. Lively spot in a good place to go. Drink prices for reasonable and even the patrons that I was around were very friendly. Another bartender came in later in the evening I'm guessing to provide additional coverage for the crowd. She was pretty friendly as well and I'd go back just for her lol!

Burk St Pub is one of those very local dive type bars. The Staff is AMAZING always very friendly. The door man is always strict about the dress code and rules. Not in a bad way... just be prepared before you go. They really won't let you in if you don't sign to their request. The dress code isn't anything outrageous either, so do not be detoured. Drinks are fairly priced. The jukebox is usually always on. There are a lot of different groups that go here, from college kids to locals, young professionals, and young unprofessionals too. I've never had a bad time here.

Disrespectful and boring. Don't waste your time. There are so many other bars to go to and this one is *not* it. Even on a weekend it is dull. The bartenders are rude. The dress code is stupid. This is Winston Salem - this is not the town for a dress code Very very disappointed in this bar. My friends and I left after half an hour on a weekend bc it was so pathetic

The Establishment is a great and even still, time tested stamp of superior quality, service and just mama's house at any given dining. The food, the preparation of presentation thru all spectrum of the service industry is the unspoken and recognized industry standard!!In highest respect to Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert...I give this heavenly cove of love, 2 belly fulls in one day, thumbs up!! ????
We held a private birthday party at Burke St Pub. We had a blast approx 20 people attended. The bartender Kayla was phenomenal. She kept up and made sure everyone who needed a cocktail or beer had what they needed. She was also very nice and helpful.

By the far the best bar I’ve been to in Winston-Salem. They have every game you’d want to ply at a fun dive bar (board games, darts, pool, ring toss, ping pong, the list goes on..) and the staff is amazing! Best vibes of any bar I’ve been to in so long

Came here back in 2019 and the beer was ok but also before then then bathrooms downstairs was broke looked like someone throw little firecrackers in them and the back deck looked like unkept up. Looks to be the same as in myMost recent visit

Mark and the rest of the staff at BSP are great! Attentive and friendly. Very casual, relaxing atmosphere. The “garage door” that opens to the parking lot is good during hot weather and the outside deck is nice.And they have a calico “bar cat”, how cool is that? Fun place to see live music.First time here, and it was very positive!
