I puchased a small bag of Chai at your shop and made several cups. It was beyond delicious. I then ordered a 16 oz bag, eager to enjoy the same flavor as the small one. WRONG! From the first cup, I realized it was a different recipe. It was not as spicy and did not have the same notes and depth of flavor the original one had. I decided I must be doing something wrong so I reread your preparation directions and did exactly as the bag instructs. Several times. I was still very disapointed....read full review
