Poor customer service. I placed an order over the phone on a Tuesday for pickup on Sunday, a cheesecake that my son requested for his birthday. The employee confirmed they’d have that particular flavor. When I went to pickup they informed me they were completely out of the peanut butter cup cheesecake and didn’t have my order. The taste!!! I'm a transplanted NY'er, so naturally I purchased a large NY style cheesecake. Four days later, it was gone. I did let my wife have a slice however 🤣
