“The mini cookies have become a fast favorite. You don’t have to cut them or share them and they’re the perfect little treat. The pink sugar cookie and cookies and cream milkshake will always have my heart, but every flavor I’ve ever tried has been equally delicious.“

“Great place and I love the Reeses cake slice. The only thing I would suggest is training all employees on serving size when cutting the cakes. It is very inconsistent. My husband got a huge slice while mine was about half the size of his for the same price. I keep coming back though because it is that good!“

“The baked goods are house made and very good. They use Counter Culture coffee and I’m not a huge fan of fruity coffees. This bakery does ‘Amish style’ baked goods so I was really looking forward to trying them but also peeking inside of their culture a bit while in the store. Although the staff is friendly, no one seemed to explain the menu items, greet customers, and so forth. Even though the owners were there, they didn’t engage with customers or create the sense of community I thought they would have. The food is good, but the atmosphere is a little uncertain and uncomfortable, esp if you’re by yourself. I recommend this place to try, but it’s no where I would go twice.“

“I had placed an order with another edible printing company (that I have used for a couple of years), but because this had a quick turn-around time, and they had not responded to my questions, I was panicked it would not arrive in time. (It didn't!) So, I tried Ink4Cakes with an expedited order. It was 2 images split on one cake topper, so it needed to be approved first as well. They responded quickly and efficiently, produced an excellent quality product, and it arrived in time!!! I was so grateful I had contacted them! “AMAZING experience! As a vegetarian I typically only have a few things to choose from when it comes to eating out, but Salem Kitchen had sooo many options to choose from that I could take home and bake! The young woman helping me at the counter was an absolute GEM- I wish I had gotten her name (she wears glasses and has a Studio Ghibli tattoo like me!) I let her know I was a vegetarian and she showed me an entire section of their menu that was meat free! There are so many sides and desserts as well that looked absolutely delicious. I’m currently trying the baked spaghetti and it tastes like home! Thank y’all so much for your service! I’ll be back very soon!“

“When they say they make their donuts fresh, they really mean it. We got two classic glazed that must have come right out of the fryer, it was awesome. I also had some focaccia which was top tier. It was nice to grab a couple of iced coffees and then wander around the grounds and shops. This is one of our go-to’s for a small casual breakfast when hosting friends in town.“

“Camino Bakery Brookstown location is one of my favorite spots in Winston-Salem. It doesn’t matter what brings me to town, I always start or end my trip at this bakery. They have the best specialty coffee and tea drinks, my favorite is the their earl grey latte, iced. But the true reason I never miss a chance to stop in is their ginger molasses cookie. It is by far the best thing I’ve ever tasted! The sweet staff always makes me feel welcome like I’m a friend when I’m there. It’s a must when you’re in town!“

“I saw this business at the NC STATE Fair on yesterday and stopped by to ask a question, I walked away with the BEST white wine cake, that I EVERRRRRRR had! The cake was moist and the flavor was flavoring! Scott was very nice and very informative. This business is going places just watch! And did I mention the FLAVOR? If I could give 100 stars I would. “This is a hidden gem in the heart of town that serves exceptional, authentic Italian food and desserts at reasonable prices. I really enjoyed their lemoncello cake and tiramisu. I genuinely felt like I was in the “old country” with my paisans with the comfortable family owned setting. Highly recommend.“

“Ordered via GrubHub to get my cake fix during our stay-at-home order. We had the golden chocolate, strawberry layer, and pineapple coconut. Gah it was all so delicious. I didn’t expect much of the strawberry layer, but it might have been my favorite. Such great flavor.“

“If you're delivering sugar or anything heavy here it's probably best to come in through the front entrance and come through the employee parking to get to the dock.. you know how it is backing these autos up hill when heavy.. it's a little easier on your clutch if come through parking lot to setup your back for dock.. in and out less than 30 minutes.“

I bought a jam that was called Toe jam that should be interesting it has elderberry in it. The whole downtown Old Salem it's just a place everyone should visit.“

“I haven't been here in a while, but since my last visit things have changed. I usually order yhe ham, egg and cheddar on a plain bagel, toasted.
My order today was pretty skimpy compared to what I used to get. And it still cost $11 (with a moderate tip).
I understand profit and margins, but the draw was the generous helpings. Take that away and it loses its charm.
