Definitely delicious and a great small treat gift. The atmosphere is always clean. Light cookie smells. Touch screens to order. Calm and cool quick. I paid extra for a message and the boxes but they left off the message sticker. It about and extra $1 to add a nice touch. Got this for someone special on valentines.
Whenever I'm in the mood for something sweet and I don't know what I want to get, I switch over the Crumbl website and check the flavor of the week. The rotating flavors is something that adds excitement and keep you from eating your weight in the same flavor every week. The store is quiet and easy navigate. My local store was out of stock of the cookies I wanted so I ordered in advance for Easter. The cookies are delicious of course but was disappointed with the carrot cake special. It's the one I was most excited about, and when we received our box, what was advertised as a 2 layer carrot cake was only 1 layer. We were planning on sharing them so we purchased 2 and both were only a single layer. I love these cookies a lot, but that was definitely disappointing.
