The staff obviously have never had sensitivity training because they allow their employees to represent offensive things! While in uniform, an employee proudly displayed his Confederate flag drinking cup while sitting directly across from me which was exceptionally offensive!. Shout out to Rebecca this morning! I had to order 2 large boxes of coffee for a school function. I called the order in to Dunkin Donuts, arrived to pick up the coffee, and they forgot to tell me that they were out of big boxes so they did not prepare my order. All they could say was, "Sorry." I rushed over to Chick-Fil-A and they went right to work on the order.
