My fiancé and his some of his players( aau basketball ) came here to get breakfast and was treated horrible. The young lady who took his order had a horrible attitude. He placed and order for 10 Ct chicken mini we asked for extra honey butter she rolled her eyes and told him they don’t do that there. Once he received his food he asked another young lady for some honey , the lady who originally took his order stopped what she was doing and asked him if he had an issues and he which he told her no. that he just wanted some honey she proceeded to roll eyes for the second time . This is her second time that she rolled her eyes at him . I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or whatever the case may be but they were simply trying to get breakfast. This is my first time ever experiencing this negative and nasty behavior , I’m very disappointed!

Was in Winston-Salem. Me and my kids decided to get Chick-fil-A to take back to Thomasville. I paid $50 something dollars worth of food, drinks included. Got back home, I didn't have my dressing for my salad so I had to eat it plain, my daughter did not have cheese on her chicken and my other daughter did not get her ranch. With everything I paid for everything should have been in there. They should double check the bags to make sure they are putting everything in customers bag. The ONLY reason why I gave a 2 star was because most of the food was good.
