The restaurant looks great as a modern vibrant restaurant but it is not the old Italian trattoria that it was when on Trade street. Service was excellent in all regards. The food was just blah. The capellini prosciutto that was so delicious in the past, this time was dry, lacking sauce. The sauce was not creamy enough and the angel hair was cut in small pieces. So weird. It was like eating lasagna instead. We miss the old Cibo Trattoria.
Nice group dinner. 2nd time visiting. Meal prep / service was a little disjointed. No one seemed to know who ordered what dishes. On the filet mignon, I'd recommend lightening up on the sage flavoring. The entire dish tastes like sage. Would be incredible without the sage. Will still visit again. Good place!
We made reservation for a party of 13 for my birthday this weekend. I can't say enough about how wonderful the service was that we received from our server, Joanne! We had her as our server previously when it was just my boyfriend and myself, and we specifically requested her to take care of our large party and she was on top of EVERYTHING!
