My beautiful wife and I tried Twisted Pine for a quick date night. Had queso and chorizo as a starter which was great, I had the Young Cardinal burger which was fantastic and a side of the lo mein noodles. My wife had the Reuben special which was also amazing. Margaritas were great, beer was cold, server was awesome. We will certainly be back.

What a great restaurant in Winston Salem! I saw a picture of their tacos and fries online, and they looked good, so we decided to give them a try--and I'm so glad we did! The service was excellent, with a server bringing us water, and our dog a water bowl, soon after we sat down at the patio. Great place if you are looking for TexMex type of food. I got the southwest Caesar salad with the hot honey chicken. It was very good and a really good amount of food. We also had some shishito peppers (amazing) with a ginger soy sauce and this will definitely be a go to sauce when I make peppers at home.The atmosphere is also very good, nice covered patio seating. And good tentative wait staff.
