The food was okay. We had two extra people come and the waitress didn't get them a menu. So they sat there for more than 20 minutes waiting for a menu. It took forever for my mom's order to come out and she got that the most simplest thing on the menu. There was an earwig that came out of one of the menus. The graffiti was a little too much in my opinion, but it is what it is. She also charged those two extra people for an extra party fee which in my opinion is stupid.

Our 1st clue should've been the empty parking lot. Once seated noted the menus were sticky, had to ask for silverware. Drinks from bar were ok apparently there was no bartender available si the server made our drinks. Once food was served we didn't see our server for refills or anything else.Did come back to drop off the check and take our money. The ladies restroom was filthy as if it wasn't cleaned the night before. Cannot recommend. Less than mediocre for the prices charged.

just moved here and love seafood. Pictures on the site looked great, reviews were good, but the hype is not real . i order the 1lb of shrimp and extra eggs. i had one piece of corn about 4 Potatoes and 2 eggs after i paid for extra eggs . the food was so bland no taste of seasonings at all its more water down than anything . shrimp and corn was overcooked and even had to add my own seasonings so it would have some sort of taste i could've cooked at home. .

This place is AMAZING! I ordered at the restaurant and took it home to eat (it can be quite a messy endeavor so eating at home was ideal for our family, lol). I got the snow crab legs with house seasoning with no spice. I dipped those crab legs in that beautiful seasoning soup at the bottom of the bag and finished it off by licking my fingers. It was delicious. I almost ate one of the garlic chunks at the bottom of the bag trying to pilfer for more crab!! The boiled crab was stupid tender and fell right out of the claw! I never really had Cajun food as I’m from up north, and if this is the expectation then sign me up!! This establishment defied my expectations as it looked like another chain restaurant, but looks are deceiving!! The service was polite and attentive despite me ordering out, so I didn’t get the full service experience. What I did get was warm and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!!!Parking: Lots of space!

I had high hopes on this place. We ordered a lb of crab legs and shrimp with an add on of clams. When our food came, we were missing the clams and were given a plastic fork to try and open and eat the crab. When asked for metal utensils for the maybe 3/4 lb of crab legs, we were informed they don't have the small forks anymore because people steal them. A crab joint without crab utensils? She did manage to find a cracker but I had to peel open the legs with my teeth. Only to find there was barely any meat in them. Finally when we were wrapping up our meal, our clams arrived. I spoke with our server Kayla a couple times and then as we were done eating, she asked us if we wanted to speak to a manager. While she was getting a manager we gave our credit card thinking MAYBE they would comp the 20 min late clams or something with the crabless crab legs. But instead Z came over and said she put in an order for more crab.... mind you, we were heading out the door. We left and I ended up going back in hoping they would correct their lack of problem resolution but I was completely dismissed and walked away from with an eye roll. I was not being out of control or yelling...I was simply stating facts and explaining how unhappy I was with the crab legs at a CRAB restaurant with NO utensils to open them. Makes no sense. Kayla was super sweet and did what she could but Z who claims she was a manager, did nothing to help the situation. As someone in the hospitality industry who NEVER leaves a review because I get it... felt it necessary to leave a review with the compete lack of care. I hope Z gets trained on proper management and customer service! As someone who recommends restaurants on the daily, this will never be spoken of.

So this place was referred to me by a buddy and I read some reviews before trying it out. I don’t know why it doesn’t have 5 stars and I have no clue how some of the reviews say no flavor…maybe they should have ordered more seasoning. My whole family LOVED it…even my Littles…and even said it’s their new favorite place. Service staff was very friendly and helpful with ordering…and very attentive to our needs while there. Our server, Zebreyiah, was fantastic and very friendly and pleasant.

I ordered through UberEats, so I'm not sure about the atmosphere, but the food was made quickly and it got here fast. The issue was that it had no seasoning. I got the garlic butter, but in the notes I requested that they mix Cajun and Garlic Butter, which didn't happen. The seasoning that was there was so weak I couldn't taste it. It ended up tasting like shrimp, crab, potatoes, corn and sausage boiled in water. Very disappointing for such an expensive meal.
