I live downtown Winston Salem and love stopping by Dogwood to grab a couple of beers to take home. They’ve got a great selection and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

This establishment features two bars with contrasting atmospheres: a relaxed, pleasant vibe on the right, and a significantly less welcoming one on the left. Service is consistently poor, marked by an unwelcoming attitude towards patrons, particularly people of color. Staff are unresponsive, neglect to greet guests, and appear reluctant to serve drinks. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Discovered the gem on our way to dinner and decided to check it out. Our bartender, Alicia, was awesome. She treated us like royalty and made two amazing cocktails for us. Highly recommend!!

My favorite spot in town to grab a pint of good, different beers!

Very clean and neatly set up bar! Service was great and the bartender made very good drinks! They have a hell of a selection of liquors and a good drink menu to order some tasty cocktails too!

Nice brews

Really cool spot, beer selection was good, laid back atmosphere, with an upscale feel. Definitely recommend if in the area. Wheat beer was light and very refreshing. Chocolate PB Stout was rich, strong, yet delicious.

My husband and I had a childfree afternoon out and wanted to check this place out. We live out of state now and love seeing new businesses when we get back. We got two beers and a cider. All excellent. Alicia was our bartender and was a joy to talk to. Fun spot to check out.
